In connection with my speaking engagement for the 2025 Influencer (Famous Faster) online conference, I, the undersigned, hereby grant Summit Maker, Mike Ratner (Event Organizer) and/or the assigned the right to broadcast and/or record my image, voice, and/or performance, referred to herein collectively as the “recordings,” and to use materials and graphics that I have created, referred to herein collectively as the “materials,” and to freely adapt, reproduce, distribute, digitally transmit, publicly perform, and publicly display such materials and recordings in all or in part in any form or format, including without limitation, through the Internet, intranets, CD-ROM, DVD, film, videotape, audio tape, and any other technologies whether not known or developed in the future.

I also understand that all materials used were created by me and are original, or are in the public domain, or permission has been obtained by me for the uses contemplated herein. I have not violated any copyright restrictions.

I agree to hold Event Organizer(s) and their administration, employees and agents harmless from any liability, loss or damage caused by my appearance, statements or materials furnished by me.
